My son had recently started nursery, and being a first time mum, I was anxious about returning to normal working life, and being away from my baby. I never really had time away from my son when I was on maternity leave so I was anxious about this new chapter of both of our lives. The staff at Kids Planet really supported me, and made me feel comfortable to call whenever, and however many times a day. This, and regular updates on the app really helped this transition

Amazing staff, very friendly. Good range of activities and variety of food choices. Little boy always seems happy to go in and play with his friends. Very greatful for all the teams hard work :) Look forward to seeing my little boy develop and grow over the coming years .

We are so happy we chose this nursery for our son. Our son has attended for more than 2 years now, the staff and environment instantly made him feel settled and we haven't looked back since. He has developed so much within this time. We're always updated throughout the day and love seeing the activities that have been planned, especially around key events like Halloween and Christmas. He honestly leaves each day buzzing and happy, with a great love for the staff (he won't stop talking about them!). I'm confident and happy each day that he is in the best hands.

A wonderful setting which shows genuine care and interest in every child and family. The staff work extremely hard and demonstrate care and compassion in everything they do, ensuring every child feels safe, cared for and valued for who they are.

My son has attended the waterside nursery/preschool since he was 7 months old (he is almost 4 now). The staff across the whole time have been absolutely fantastic, he absolutely loves it there. I have never had a worry about his care, and have always felt that all of the staff care about him as much as I do! I always get comments on how well my son communicates and how much he has learned for his age and that is 100% due to his attendance here. I would recommend this place to anyone. My new baby will also be attending in the new year!

My daughter has attended for the past 3 years and she loves every minute of it. She can not wait to go to nursery and see all her friends and the staff, which are always so helpful, supportive and caring. Thank you for all your hard work and helping my little one become the kind, caring, helpful and loving person she is now.

Kids planet waterside is amazing, my little 1 loves it. She will come home after each session with a smile on her face and telling me about everything she has done and the friends she's played with. The staff are absolutely amazing with her and I can see such an amazing bond she has with them all which gives me such piece of mind knowing she is in a safe and caring environment. Due to a food preference the staff are understanding and adhere to her needs which is very appreciated. Management is amazing also being very understanding and always willing to talk about any questions that you may have. Overall absolutely amazing setting and looking forward to sibling starting next year

I couldn't have chosen a better nursery for my son, he enjoys going so much and they've helped him settle in so well. The staff go above and beyond and are all so friendly and I'm rest assured knowing they would contact me in any emergency, always keep me informed and updated and have my sons best interest at heart. He is always learning new things and amazes me everyday.

My son has attended the nursery for the past 3 years and had the best time. The staff are all very caring, friendly and take the time to know all the children individually. They provide regular updates and photos on the app which allows me to see what he has been doing throughout the day which is brilliant They have also taught my son so much and helped to prepare him for starting school shortly. I cannot thank management and the team enough for making his time at nursery so special and enjoyable A special shout out to a particular member of staff, who my son thinks of as a second mum sometimes!!

Staff are lovely, my daughter enjoys going to nursery. The nursery is a lot nicer since it's refurb. My daughter has learned a lot since attending and I'm overall happy with her experience there. Had a few small issues here and there but nothing major.

My child has been at Kids Planet Waterside for nearly two years now and we cannot fault it. We initially chose Waterside because it was a small setting where I felt my child would feel at home. We are so happy we did choose Waterside because my child loves it so much that he even saidasks to go back when we get home and he talks about the staff like they are his friends. The best part of nursery by far is the staff. They really care about the kids and get to know them. They are open and make you feel welcome and heard at all times. I love how all the staff know each child despite being in different rooms. The nursery has fabulous air conditioning for the summer days and has recently been refurbished with new open-ended toys and Montessori style equipment. The staff do a variety of activities with the children and you can even take experience bags home to support learning.We get regular updates as a parents -we love looking at the pictures of our child each day.He is so happy there.

Highly recommend Kids Planet Waterside Nursery. My little girl has been going for 4 years and loves it. She comes home happy with a smile on her face and will always update me on her day at nursery. Every day is filled with a wide range of fun activities, and will normally have a theme for the week. They also celebrate a range of key events/a variety of religious traditions which my daughter has enjoyed and loved getting involved. All the staff are incredibly friendly and extremely caring, and feel more like a second family to your child. They are also very good with food intolerances. My child is celiac and Kids Planet have always been thorough with regards to meal times, ensuring there is no cross contamination, which gives me peace of mind. My daughter has also come on in her talking confidence and learning over the years and the setting has done an amazing job in preparing her for starting school in September. Fantastic Nursery and I can't recommend them enough!

My daughter has been at Waterside since she was a little over one, she is about to leave to head off to Big School. She utterly loves going to nursery, I have complete faith in the team of staff. She comes home full of wonderful stories, usually with some paint splatters, but full of fun. Her nursery nurse is absolutely the type of person who should be working in early years, she is kind, patient and fun. She and all the staff have the children's best interest at heart. The manager is organised and very approachable. The daily plans are well thought out and linked clearly to EYFS outcomes, they are engaging and educational. The food is top notch, she eats everything at nursery and practically nothing at home. The nursery rooms are well laid out with a good selection of open ended toys, the garden is small but the staff use their imaginations when setting thing up, lots of water and messy play. I genuinely don't think there is anything they could improve on.

My son attends Planet Kids Waterside, Hessle. This is an excellent nursery, staff are outstanding with the children and parents. Very welcoming on parent stay and plays and the staff always keep parents up to date via the app. Regular reviews and pictures are uploaded to the app which I think is brilliant so I get to share my son's development / reviews. Waterside recently had a refurbish, I have recently seen the refurbish on the open day. I think the toys and the new furniture have freshened the nursery up and is good for the children's development. Me and my son have a really good relationship with the manager and the other staff. My son also has a very good relationship with his friends at the nursery and often attends play dates / parties outside of nursery with them. Overall, I am thoroughly glad that I chose this nursery and waterside were very accommodating when requesting the days for my son to attend.

My daughter's love going to nursery. They have made lots of friends and have great relationships with every member of staff that has been apart of their time at nursery. The app is always updated and there are lots of posts about what they have been doing each day. They do a variety of activities and both have come on in leaps and bounds in all aspects of their development. My eldest will be starting school in September and I am confident she is will excel because of her time at waterside.
