We have been deeply disappointed with the experience at this nursery. The management appears disorganised, unprofessional, and unfriendly, which unfortunately extends to interactions with both parents and children. Communication is poor - for instance, our child's key worker was relocated without
any notice or explanation. This lack of transparency, combined with a high staff turnover, has created a real lack of consistency and continuity in our child's care.
The condition of the outdoor areas is also a serious concern. The gardens are dated and poorly maintained, with broken items left near doorways - posing a clear safety hazard for curious children. The doorbells are non-functional, and overall, the setting feels neglected and stale, particularly when it comes to the learning and play equipment provided.
Children deserve a clean, professional, and safe environment to explore and grow. Sadly, this nursery does not currently meet those expectations. Urgent improvements are needed.
