Superb care of my son who has medical needs. He is always happy to go into nursery. All staff have a good relationship with the children even if they are not their key worker. Care (food and naps) is individual.
Good communication via app. Staff are kind and welcoming to both the children and
family. Management always available for a chat.

My child has attended ButterCups Nursery for the past four years and has absolutely loved every minute. As a parent, placing your trust in others to care for your child is a huge decision, but I have never had a single worry.
She is excited to go every single day, which speaks volumes in itself.
The team consistently go above and beyond in the care, support and encouragement they provide. It's clear how much the staff genuinely care about the children, and that reassurance means everything to us as a family. I couldn't recommend ButterCups highly enough.

My little one attends this nursery and we truly couldn't be happier with our experience. From his very first day, he has settled in so well - not a single tear at drop-off, and he's always excited to go. He absolutely adores the staff and even talks about them when we're at home, which says so much
about the relationships they build with the children.
One thing I particularly love is that outdoor footwear isn't worn inside the nursery. Children wear slippers or socks instead, which I think is fantastic - especially with little ones crawling around. It's such a thoughtful touch, and I haven't seen this approach at other nurseries before.
The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The team are consistently friendly, positive, and incredibly accommodating.
Having previously attended another nursery where my little one struggled to settle, the difference here has been remarkable. Within just a day, he was happily going to the staff - and that alone speaks volume.

This nursery is such a wonderful place for my daughter. Nothing is too much trouble for them to do. She loves it and cannot wait to be there every day. The staff take great pride in ensuring the care and safety of their children and always tell me and keep me updated on her progress. I cannot
recommend them highly enough.
If there was one recommendation it would be that we have a few more pictures and information about what she does in the day, but we ask and they always tell us what she's been upto. No complaints whatsoever.

Very welcoming and friendly team who care very well for our Grandson 3 days a week. He is excited to attend is extremely happy at Buttercups. His key workers are very knowledgeable of his needs in addition the whole team are very well informed which makes his time at nursery positive. They have been
exceptional in an emergency situation and very supportive generally.

Both my children have attended Buttercups. They have always been very happy attending, never any issues. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. As a mother I have always been comfortable leaving my children in their care. They go into nursery happy and they come home happy and have a great time
when they are there.
