My daughter started nursery in September 2025, experience so far as been great. I find all the staff to be welcoming, approachable and professional. My daughter has settled in well and always has a smile on her face. I am kept up to date throughout the day and contact is made to myself when required. The nursery manager is amazing, i had several issues when we started with invoicing, setting up payments and completing the loop, I found her to be responsive, effective and prompt with resolving this. Overall I have no concerns to date and happy with everything.

I would just like to congratulate all the staff for there consistency in raising my Grandson from the age of 6months until now. Thank you for teaching him & making him into the delightful little boy he is...10/10

My overall experince with kids planet has been great my little one absolutely loves coming here and she doesn't want to leave when I collect her. She has been well fed and looked after, my only comment is the daily charge for consumables seems slightly high but overall the team has been great.

My daughter has absolutely loved her time at Kids Planet Heywood, she started when she turned two years old and has come on leaps and bounds since then! All of the staff have such lovely personal relationships with her and keep me updated on all of her progress and just what she has been up to daily. She is always doing different activities and making all sorts of crafts relating to what's going on in the world or what time of year it is. She loves coming home telling us what she has been doing that day and all about her friends and aunties! There are lots of opportunities for parents to get involved with coffee mornings and stay and play sessions where you can get to know the staff aswell. I honestly couldn't recommend a more lovely and caring place she absolutely loves going to nursery and you can tell the staff really care about her! We will be sad when it's her time to leave!

My little boy has been at kids planet since January and not one bad word to say about the staff and the services that the offer! The staff are absolutely amazing I was skeptical about sending my little boy to nursery as you hear so many bad reviews bur this nursery has really changed my opinion! Grateful for all the staff and how well they look after my little boy and his development has come on leaps and bounds since attending nursery

My little boy loves going to this nursery, loves seeing the aunties and his friends. I have peace of mind knowing that he's safe, happy and cared for. We love that the toddler room is a lovely big open plan room, with lots of toys for him to play with, as well as access to the outdoor area throughout the day. He loves being outside and it works brilliantly for him. Singing and stories are very much a big part of their routine. My little boy always has a new song to sing to us, which is really bringing on his speech. I find the staff really approachable and many staff members are mums themselves so can relate and appropriately offer advice. The manager is very personable, understanding and hands on, always checking in to see how we are. It's lovely. The nursery have made lots of fabulous new updates too, working hard to give our little ones the best opportunities. Thank you ladies for all your hard work.

Amazing nursery. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and are so amazing with our child! He has grown in confidence tenfold and the staff have been so supportive with him. Cannot fault them with anything!

The staff are always welcoming and polite with a huge smile on their faces! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery which I will be forever thankful for.

The staff at this nursery are a credit to themselves, couldn't be happier with my child's progress since she started. The place overall is absolutely fantastic and the facilities they have for the children are brilliant too, indoor and outdoor. Everybody is friendly here from the parents and their children to the teachers and the management, it's always kept clean and tidy and my child loves the variety of food that they have here too, overall I would highly recommend it.

My grandchild is well looked after and enjoys being at nursery. The staff are friendly, and welcoming and keep us updated with the daily activities. The only reason I scored a lower mark on nutrition is because my grandchild has some food intolerance and on certain days he can be hungry if it's foods he doesn't eat.

Couldn't fault anything about this nursery, my baby is such a happy boy when he's here. He loves everyone, and I feel like he's doing new things every day that he comes home. I feel comfortable and happy knowing this is where he is and where he's learning every day. Can't thank you all enough!

Amazing with my girls! My eldest had problems settling in 3 different nurseries and straight away when we started at Kids Planet Heywood she has been so happy and confident! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my girls more than these guys!

All staff are very friendly welcoming and lovely! They all made me feel at ease with leaving my baby at nursery for the first time. My baby has settled in so well since starting in June. I get daily updates and a run down of her day when I pick her up. I couldn't be happier or more content with her nursery choice.

Kids Planet Nursery Heywood is a fantastic educational nursery surrounded by the best aunties, my 2-year-old son absolutely loves going and playing with his friends and nursery aunties, he always comes home talking about the aunties, each day is different for the little ones which is fantastic as they always learn something new, from painting to drawing, to playing with hand made play-dough, the room is amazing from start to finish with lots of different activities and corners for the children to adventure and educate further. I couldn't fault them when it comes to taking care of the little ones as they are always on the ball in everything they do, very caring and compassionate with every child, you can't ask for anything more for your child. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery for their little ones to grow and learn and create new memories.

I've had an amazing experience with my son who is in the baby room. He is moving to the toddler room in the next month or so. I'm very happy with the quality of care and the staff are amazing with him. Thank you for his time in the baby room.

My two children have been coming to Kids Planet Heywood, for the past ten years. The staff have been absolutely amazing and always there to help with their development and confidence. This has been a wonderful nursery for both my children and I have confidence leaving them there when I go to work.

Amazing nursery, my son loves it! He's currently in the baby room due to move up to the toddler room soon and it's amazing to see how much he's come on in the last few months with his talking etc and I believe that is down to the nursery teaching him things as well as at home. And the staff are so lovely and welcoming.

My son has been in this nursery since it was under a different name. When Kids Planet took over, naturally I was a little concerned about changes etc. The transition was smooth and the staff were all retained. This nursery has been brilliant with my child since the baby room and that care and support has been consistent throughout his journey. The staff clearly care passionately about the children in their care and are so approachable. The new manager knows the place and the children inside out. This is invaluable. All in all it's a great nursery with lots of creative areas and my child thrives here.
