Staff are kind and go the extra mile to give good handovers and ask about our home situation. Also clearly have strong personal bonds with my son from what they tell me about him at the end of each day. A lovely caring and fun nursery!

My daughter loves going to pre school. She has a wonderful relationship with her care givers, and her peers. If there's any questions, or anything I need help with - the team is always very helpful,and will answer asap. I can only recommend this nursery. Big thank you to everyone at the Park Day Nursery!

Our child settled in well to the baby room with friendly and approachable staff. The feedback and pictures on the app are helpful in terms of understanding what the children are learning with themes (farms), water, messy play, and crafts that she has not yet tried at home. The key workers and staff seem consistent whereby our child can get to know them and see them day to day. I've met other neighbours who recommended this nursery to us and their children are grown up now!

We have used The Park Day Nursery for backup care on a number of occasions. The team (especially one staff member) have always been very welcoming and great with our toddler. They seem to give the children a great time, allowing them to play but also introducing an element of structure e.g. painting/drawing/reading activities. The food options seem to be varied and plentiful. The staff have accommodated our requests where possible, eg around nap times/lengths. Management have also been a pleasure to deal with when making bookings etc. Would recommend.

Our second child has just finished their nursery career with Bright Horizons The Park Day Nursery and Preschool. The nursery is special. Lots of nurseries do a great job, very few have a team that lights up the faces of kids and parents alike on every interaction. The staff retention speaks volumes about the culture and the exceptional management. Both children have been exceptionally happy here. Both have left prepared for school, both academically and in character. Both have left excited for the next chapter but asking, "Can I go and visit nursery?" There are some special teachers in this nursery who will never be forgotten. And where staff have come in new to the career, we've seen them flourish under the guidance and support they've received. We couldn't be more grateful.

When we moved to the UK from Sri Lanka, we wanted the best for the kids. Looked around in the area for the best school and Bright Horizons The Park Day Nursery and Preschool was the best! From the time we walked in, we felt safe. They checked the identification and said to keep the phones inside. The teachers are wonderful and kind.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons The Park Day Nursery and Preschool for nearly seven months now. We were particularly anxious about how he would adjust to the new environment. However, by day two, it was evident that he was excited about going to nursery and had formed a strong bond with his teachers. He consistently displays enthusiasm when we drop him off, thanks to the amazing staff. Every member of the team is incredibly welcoming and nurturing. Since joining the nursery, we've observed significant progress in our son. The staff members are not only professional but also deeply caring and they always take the time to provide us with a detailed update on his day. I am delighted that my son will be staying here for another year. I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire staff for the exceptional care they provide to my child.

My son has been coming to Bright Horizons The Park Day Nursery and Preschool for almost a year now. At first, I was not sure on the layout because of the building being like a converted house, however, I was quickly won over when my son told me how exciting it is to go into different rooms with different activities, he can have access to a quiet room if he wants to, he can do arts and crafts in other rooms, it also reflects a family home so was comforting for him. My son really loves all the nursery nurses, he tells me they are very kind and give him cuddles when he needs them, which is what a child needs if they struggle with emotions. My son tells me all the other children are nice to him and that he feels safe at nursery. Exemplary nursery, I am never worried or concerned about my son at the nursery because I know he is in a safe, kind and caring environment with all the activities to cater for his curiosity, learning and sensory needs.

The team at the The Park Nursery are all amazing. My eldest leaves soon to go to school however my youngest remains. When choosing a nursery for my second child I knew he would be happy, safe and develop as well as my eldest had. Everyone is so caring and both my children absolutely love the nursery. Everything from the activities and play to the food and care is fantastic.

Amazing, friendly and caring staff. Nutritional requirements treated very seriously. Children have lots of activities to keep them busy, learn and grow. Nursery provides very homey environment. Feedback is provided daily and parents can monitor everything on the app. My child is very happy here.

I made the best choice for my son when I chose this nursery for him. All the staff and managers have been extremely helpful from the first day. They answered all my questions and they assured me my son would be well looked after and helped with all his needs. My son has speech delay, he is an extremely picky eater and I was extremely worried that he wouldn't settle and he wouldn't eat anything. But, to my surprise, he settled within two weeks, he became more interested in different types of food and in three months he picked up on his speech. Now, after almost a year, he eats everything, he won't stop talking, he is very attached to his teachers and his friends. I am forever grateful for everyone's help and support and I am extremely happy with my son's development. We are looking forward to another year full of fun, learning and love.

My daughter attends the preschool at Bright Horizons The Park Nursery and Preschool and I am very happy with the care and attention they provide. They have understood my daughter's needs and are fully supportive. She is autistic and she enjoys the setting and loves the staff. Management is very efficient. The nursery provides an app where you can track how your child’s day has been. The staff also provide daily feedback when you collect your child. I’m very grateful to the staff at The Park Nursery and would fully recommend them.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to The Park. My youngest child is leaving at the end of August as he's starting "big school" in September. My eldest child (now eight years old) started at The Park when he was nine months old, and we will be very sad to leave, but unfortunately, children grow up far too quickly. Throughout our last eight years, The Park has been like a second family, and both of my children have thrived and always enjoyed their days at nursery. The manager is amazing and always puts the children first. We have recently suffered two bereavements, but when I mentioned this to The Park, they straight away said they had the tools to deal with this if my child mentioned it, which is amazing and so caring. The team are not just staff, they are the children's second family, and they genuinely do care about each and every single child as if they were their own, and I honestly can not recommend them enough to any parents looking for a nursery.

My daughter has absolutely loved her time at Bright Horizons The Park Day Nursery and Preschool. She has been there for about three years so the team have supported her development from baby to toddler. She adores the staff and is very close to her key workers. I have no concerns at all that she is being well cared for by all the team. Activities are varied, the app is great for getting updates and she has grown in confidence, making lots of new friends. We chose the nursery in lockdown so our decision was based on convenience, reviews and the amazing outdoor space which they really get good use of. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

My experience has been nonetheless exceptional. My child settled in well, even more so after moving homes and changing nursery. He has a great room leader who adores him, he is learning new things. The management is warm and friendly, this nursery is definitely a support network in comparison to where I was before. The staff are approachable! The only thing I would say they could do better is offer language lessons, wellness activities and have more use of the woodlands area.

Our child has attended the nursery/preschool for the last couple of years. Staff are brilliant, we get an update of what he’s done everyday and if we have any concerns, the staff are happy to spend time to discuss with us. Our child looks forward to going to nursery everyday and staff changes are kept to a minimum so both us as parents and our child get to know the team well and enjoy a stable environment. Dealt with covid well and decent size classrooms and garden. Recommend.

Our family has had a really warm welcome to the nursery. Communication is excellent. My under 2 is calm and stimulated with the variety of activities. The team are really focused on maximising outcomes for the children in their care, and management is very present and supportive.

I rate each category with the highest score. Bright Horizons The Park Day Nursery and Preschool was the first nursery, we went for an open day and we had no hesitation that The Park is the best nursery we can wish for. The saying that first impressions never lie, proved right without a doubt. Every day we collect a very happy and well-looked after child, who has fun and exciting time at a safe facility. Food- great variety, nutritional and healthy, with consideration to a child with food allergies. Learning/development - activities for creativity, art, exercise and life skills. Communication- daily via mobile app and in person, regular emails and updates. Our calls and emails are always promptly answered. Overall- welcoming, well-run and safe facility with children's wellbeing, health and development being the top priority and all staff members - professional, experienced, caring, supportive, kind and always smiling.
