The staff go above and beyond to make sure that they know the children, their personality, what they enjoy, how to comfort them and in turn the children have such wonderful bonds with the staff. We are so grateful for all their hard work and all their support.

I couldn't be happier with the Nursery. My daughter has been here since she was 5 months old and they have always gone above and beyond for her. She has severe allergies and they have dealt with the situation so well putting additional things into place which we are so grateful as a family for. So
far, we've only had experience with the baby room, but the staff as so friendly and caring, I go to work knowing my daughter is in good hands. Even at 18 months old, she gets so excited for Nursery, running in every morning! Thankyou for all that you do!

My child has just completed a whole year at Partou Arnold Day Nursery and I couldn't fault my experience with the nursery and staff, any questions/queries/concerns, I have are quickely answered. My child runs to the baby room staff in the mornings now and may I add now doesn't want to leave when its
pick up time, which is so comforting for me in a werid way, as he clearly enjoys it and has fun with the staff members and children in his room.

We are happy with keeping our child in this nursery, the staff and management are always positive and responsive. Our non verbal child used to spend good time there and learn new skills and observe other children.

Arnold Nursery- i would highly recommend i have been though bad experience with a Nursery in the past with my little boy and from him starting here he is shining he loves the team and my little girl came here from 9 months to age 3 she loved it also. They are all welcoming and friendly. i know my
little boy is in good hands that's massive statement from me as i have been though not great times. One staff member in particular in the baby room i think she is amazing, i feel so much better leaving him with her as he is so happy with her and she is so friendly and you can see the kids love her. Makes me feel my little boy is in good hands. The Team in the baby room are all great also!

I have used Partou for the past 3 and half years. My little boy have built amazing friendships and lovely binds with the staff. She was very attached to one staff member in particular in the baby room and now two specific staff members in the pre school room. One of these staff members in the pre
school room in particular has really contributed towards my little boys speech, who was previously with a speech therapist, she has even taken an interest in my son's second language - Italian and picked up when my son might be speaking his second language at times. There is also genuine care from the staff members with my son's picky eating and always report what he has eaten and what attempts they have tried to encourage new foods.
I like that the nursery is like a home and the resources are often natural and recyclable. Hopefully baby number 2 will be going (if there is space) next year

A nursery with the most caring, thoughtful and kind staff team you could possibly want for your children. They keep parents updated, regularly check in with you on your child's progress, and tailor activities to suit your child's needs and intress.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery and the staff that take care of her. When my daughter is at nursery i can be assured that she will be well looked after. Appreciate all the staff does to keep her engaged.

Partou Arnold always go the extra step for my Son and daughter. I am so happy that we found this lovely nursery with a fantastic garden for them to run around in and explore. They have settled in quickly and have enjoyed the little on site library taking a book home every night.

I have found this nursery setting to be a wonderful place and very forward with exciting activities and learning resources. The outside area is beautiful and the staff are really approachable which makes us as a family feel so at ease. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. The new management
have really made this a wonderful space.

Wonderful nursery!
I couldn't be happier with Partou Arnold Day Nursery. The staff are incredibly caring and supportive, I have peace of mind when I'm at work knowing my daughter is well looked after. The environment is clean, safe, and full of fun and educational activities. I love the daily
updates and photos, which show just how much attention each child receives. Highly recommend it to any parent!

Since coming under new management in September 2023 the nursery has turned around. Over Christmas, a fantastic winter wonderland was created with meet and greet Santa, to a standard that rivalled many paying experiences.
The staff are motivated, caring and knowledgeable, they use an app to record
daily activities with videos and photos which makes me feel present during all my child's accomplishments. Each day I see the excitement that going to Leos Day Nursery brings to my child. Each week I'm impressed by the setup and activities created to engage my child with different cultures and celebrations and each month I feel like I've shared in my child's experiences and growth.
Overall I would highly recommend Leo's Day Nursery Arnold as a safe space for children to learn, develop and play. I think a lot of this is down to the new manager, and I can't wait to see how they transform the outdoor area ready for spring.

My review relates to our whole experience with Leo's Day Nursery. We think they are absolutely brilliant! Our son is in the baby room and the staff are so thoughtful, genuinely caring, fun, bubbly and approachable. I can't thank them enough for the care they've given to our child. Our son has been
poorly here and there so we're always a bit worried about that first day back at nursery but the staff are so reassuring and knowledgeable about the children's needs - we know he's in such good hands and the staff will call us if we need to know anything! We can't recommend them enough. Thank you Leo's staff for all that you do!

I have been part of the nursery since 2021, I can honestly say the care my son receives is immaculate. The manager goes above and beyond for my son. X is an awesome member of the team. She cares for my son in preschool, she arranges activities and fun things to do for the children. I honestly can
say any child that joins this nursery will be more than looked after.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was around 2 years old, at this time we had sleep and speech therapists involved due to how under-developed my daughter was in these areas. Within a matter of weeks, she was improving on her speech, the nursery supported us with her naps and would
respect any decision we made and worked with us on that. Furthermore, my child began to interact more with other children, building and maintaining strong relationships - which she still continues to do to this day. Due to the cost of living crisis, we got into financial difficulty and couldn't pay our nursery bill and fell behind the manager supported us to come to a solution to ensure she didn't lose her placement. We are beyond grateful for the support for my child and ourselves as parents. The staff are all absolutely brilliant in the toddler room and I know I'll cry when my child leaves because she's so happy here and I know she'll miss the staff just as much as her friends! It truly is like a big family!

My son has been attending for the last 2 years - he loves it in there, tells me everything about his day and I can’t believe it is time for him to go to school in September! I will be definitely sending my other child when of age, staff is lovely we are very lucky!
