Our daughter has been at the nursery for 1 and a half months now. They have settled her in really well and been really kind to her. We have already seen an improvement in her confidence when seeing people outside of our immediate family. They keep us up to date with all her development really well.

My daughter started at East Dereham Day Nursery In August last year joining the sunshine room and has loved every second of it. Being first-time parents we were worried about how she would do and to be honest how we as her parents would cope but all staff have been amazing in supporting us
throughout. Staff also take time to send pictures with little observations of snippets of her day which is beautiful to see in the day. She is always excited to get in to see all her friends and all the amazing staff who in our eyes are hard-working compassionate superheroes for all they do, especially throughout this pandemic.

My son attended East Dereham Day Nursery and absolutely loved it. The staff are all so lovely and friendly and they helped my son's confidence grow. He now attends breakfast club each morning as he just loves going and seeing all the lovely staff. Highly recommend.

My little girl started at East Dereham Nursery about 1 month ago when she turned 18 months old and from day 1, she absolutely loves it. She goes in very easily and happily and if she ever doesn't want to go she is soon happy again once she gets into the nursery and is with her key person. She has
already had a report card about how she is getting on. What she loves doing and what she is good at and not so good at and how they will support this. I truly can't fault this nursery. I am very happy I decided to take her. 10*.

Our experience with East Dereham Day Nursery has been fantastic. We have 3-year-old twin boys who joined the nursery this year, in May. They have previously been with a childminder and we were a little concerned about how they would be in a bigger setting. The staff at East Dereham Day Nursery put
our minds at rest and made the boys feel welcome and happy from the first session. They love going to nursery and are always excited to go in! We feel really supported by the nursery and feel they go the extra mile to help our boys and keep us informed on how they are getting on. I am so glad we chose East Dereham Day nursery!

My son started Funstop at the beginning of the year and he absolutely loves going! There’s always so much to do! He gets fed tea which is a bonus to have that option. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough! My son was diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year and the girls have been incredible
with him, they have adapted to suit his needs and have noticed the signs of when he struggles. They took it upon themselves to write a positive support plan before his diagnosis and since then they have adapted it and reviewed it regularly. I honestly couldn’t recommend this nursery enough!

My son joined East Dereham Day Nursery when he had just turned three and has been attending for almost a year. The staff were good at helping him to settle in, and it didn’t take long for him to make friends and enjoy going. The smiles and attitudes of the staff are what makes this place so
welcoming for children attending. They know my son so well, are always positive and have a genuine warmth towards him and us. I know my son is being cared for well when I leave him each morning.

Our little one started Nursery this August (sunbeams) and is loving her time there, the staff are lovely and really take the time to get to know you and your little ones.
We love getting our app updates throughout the day and seeing what she has been up to... Her smiles says it all.
She even
received a lovely card and present on her birthday!
Highly recommended.

My daughter has just completed her 3 settling sessions within East Dereham Day Nursery, and all I can say is wow. The staff there are so incredibly friendly; every session she completed, they left a lovely review on how my daughter got on via the app they have, which I and her father really looked
forward to reading.
The pictures they shared showed her having fun with her other friends, exploring all the different toys and play areas they have, which were lovely for us to see.
We were so nervous as parents sending her to the nursery, but we couldn’t have made a better decision. Knowing she is safe and having fun gives us such peace of mind, and being able to enjoy some time off knowing my daughter is looked after perfectly is amazing. Looking forward to her future within the nursery!

My little girl has been attending since April 2021, and my son attended around 6 years ago, and I cannot fault the nursery at all. She is so well looked after while there.
She was very nervous the first week but now absolutely loves attending. Would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone looking
for the perfect place!

Very kind and nurturing staff. Always welcomed with a smile; both children and parents/carers.
Always focused on welcoming the child every morning, referencing to the pictures added into Tapestry and therefore our child engages instantly. This is hugely helpful on a Monday morning in particular,
when our little one can be reluctant to go into nursery. This is not a problem when he is greeted so wonderfully every day. It is very reassuring for us as parents.
Our child speaks very highly of all adults in his room at nursery. In previous settings, he has had a favourite and has not liked some staff but here he adores everyone. He is very happy at nursery and has made some lovely friendships with the children in his room too. The staff are nurturing, kind and genuinely care.
The nursery are quick to help with issues and answer our questions through Famly and Tapestry.

I enrolled my twin boys into the nursery in September feeling very anxious and nervous. We were given a day to go and view the nursery with the twins and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Watching the boys play with the toys and run about so freely made me and my partner feel so at ease. The staff were so
welcoming and the boys took to them very quickly! Me and my partner left the nursery knowing our boys would be loving the time they have there! The staff are so encouraging with the children and keep parents updated on their progress.
We highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is struggling to find a place for their children!

Really happy that we enrolled our little boy here. The setting was very welcoming and knowledgable on the first visit and our child instantly felt at home, running around and engaging with the other children playing. It was at this moment I felt like he had always been going here and would thrive in
this nursery setting. There are play areas indoors and out and the meals here must be good, as our child eats everything in sight, especially the dessert. Everyone that works here is engaging and pleasant. It is also nice to be at a setting where you know your child's key worker and they are only too happy to give you a catch-up of the child's day at pick-up time. During the Covid pandemic, they have been really helpful and on top of all the latest Government guidelines and advice. I also appreciate how the administration of everything is in place and working, with invoices being sent in advance so there is no end of month rush. Everything is placed on to the
family app, so you always have a record.

My little boy has been at East Dereham Day Nursery since September 2020 - (aged 17-months). Joining in the midst of a pandemic was always going to be a worrying time, but the staff here instantly put our minds at rest. On the initial show round visit, we were met at the door and required to be
temperature checked before being allowed in. Various other hygiene and social distancing measures were also in place and being adhered to.
I was initially struck by just how clean this nursey is. Having visited a few other options, East Dereham is streaks ahead.
He instantly settled with the staff, and we have not had a single instance of tears at drop off time! - (I may be tempting fate here)! He has come on leaps and bounds since joining Sunbeams and really enjoys the variety of play and development on offer. The Sunbeams room is perfectly equipped with age-appropriate play opportunities, and the outside space is a big favourite - especially the mud kitchen!

My sister went to East Dereham years ago, my eldest went a few years back and now my youngest has the pleasure of attending too. Lots of amazing activities take place like yoga and visits with animals, etc. and the staff are lovely.
My daughter loves every minute at the nursery.

I have been using East Dereham Day Nursery for the last 3 years when both my children started aged 6 months and 9 months. My children love going, some days they don’t want to come home when I go to collect them. I can’t rate the staff enough, always on entering the nursery everyone has a smile on
their face. They are friendly, fun, approachable and I really don’t have any doubt about leaving my children in their care. The Nursery is very good at working with both the children and the parents, my son has been experiencing some issues with his behaviour, the nursery has worked very closely with me offering lots of their expertise so that we can work together both at the nursery and at home getting the right balance that works for my son.

Both my boys love going to East Dereham Day Nursery. All of the staff are so lovely, approachable, fun and friendly and the boys really do have a great relationship with them. They always come home having a really fulfilled day and the staff tell us what fun things they have been up to, from day
trips to the park, splashing in puddles, playing in the mud kitchen, making lots of arts and crafts to reading books, playing on the iPad, learning new games and singing songs. They are also so flexible and always fit around us and sometimes our very last minute requests for changing hours!
I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough and will be really sad when my youngest leaves to go to school. Thank you, everyone!

Being a first-time mum it was rather daunting leaving my baby. The staff at East Dereham day nursery made us both feel welcome and happy. My baby settled with no tears and is always more than happy to come. He loves exploring all of the different toys and he loves getting messy in the paint. I would
highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for somewhere happy, welcoming and accommodating.

My daughter has attended the holiday club at the nursery during two school holidays so far, and I would have no hesitation in sending her again. She has had a great time there and being able to find childcare that is so easily accessible and friendly in the school holidays has been a lifesaver. She
has taken part in lots of activities during her sessions there and is always happy to go.
The administration staff are very helpful in sorting out funding queries and general session bookings.

My son hugely enjoys the holiday club. He often struggles in social situations but he's been put at ease from day one and he loves spending time at the nursery. On a side note the admin staff are truly exceptional. All of the staff do an amazing job but the admin side of things is run like a well
oiled machine. Outstanding!
