We've had two children attend Busy Bees Mardley Hill - our eldest left two years ago, and our youngest is currently in the pre-school room. Both have really enjoyed their time at nursery and we're very thankful to the team for their hard work looking after them so well. The team are always warm, friendly, and genuinely caring - our children have always spoken fondly of them, and it's clear they've built a positive relationship with them. Notably, a staff member who had been there during our eldest's time recently returned after two years - and our eldest still remembered them and their guitar, telling our youngest all about it. We like that children are outside a good amount of time and offer sports sessions which our son loves. They seem to do lots of creative activities, and engaging learning (from all the crafts they bring home and rhymes they re-tell us!). Their new app is very good - it's updated throughout the day with photos and updates, which is nice to see what they're up to.

When i was searching for a place for my daughter this was my checklist: 1) safeguarding and welfare of our child 2) cleanliness of the provision 3) curriculum 4) culture and ethos 5) community Busy Bees ticked all areas! Couldn't recommend more.

Both of my children have attended busy bees over the last few years and they have loved every minute of it. Every single staff member is caring, enthusiastic, fun and energetic and all genuinely love helping the children grow. One of my children has special needs and the nursery were extremely supportive to us through some difficult periods of time during diagnosis, they felt like an extension to our family. I am truly sad that good things come to an end and that our children have had to move on from the setting to start school but I know they've had the best start to their childcare and education journey. Highly recommend!

Our child has been having a wonderful time at Busy Bees Mardley Hill. Their knowledge in counting, letters and vocabulary has taken a massive jump since joining and we feel very happy how well they are being supported and prepared for Reception next year. The team is wonderful at communication and keeps us up to date. The new app is also great for seeing their daily activities and overall progress. The range of activities is well balanced and we're especially glad how much time they spend outside in the nice weather.

Both of our children have attended this nursery over the years, and we've always felt completely confident leaving them in the care of the team. The staff have built strong, genuine relationships with our kids, and we've always been met with warmth, great communication, and a real family feel. Last year, our family went through an incredibly tough time, and the support we received from the team was nothing short of amazing. Their kindness and flexibility helped us more than they probably know, and we'll always be grateful for that. Our children have always felt safe, happy, and well cared for, and we've never had any doubt they were in good hands. Sadly, the high costs meant we had to move our eldest recently - a tough decision as the quality of care has been excellent. If we could suggest anything, it would be to include more outdoor, forest school-style activities. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience and we're very grateful for the team.

A wonderful nursery that nurtures children and allows them to flourish and grow in confidence. My eldest daughter was sad to leave when she started school and my 16 month old is always so smiley on handover and has made some lovely bonds with the staff in her room. The staff are all professional, kind and highly qualified.

Our children have been very happy at Busy Bees Mardley Hill for six years! There is a great range of activities, the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and our kids enjoy the food too. It really has been an excellent start to their education and they have had lots of fun too.

My son comes here full time and has attended since he was 5 months old and is 3 years old now! His development is outstanding and I can’t thank the staff at Busy Bees enough for their care and attention to both my son and myself. The best part of my day is the updates I get on the app and he can’t stop chatting to me on the way home about all of the fun activities he does during the day with his friends! Thank you Busy Bees for looking after my son he is my world and you treat him as if he is yours.

My first contact with Busy Bees Mardley Hill was when I was moving back from Sydney Australia to the UK so you can imagine how much stress I had trying to find a daycare for my 2-year-old. From the get-go the manager and her team were utterly amazing, they put me at ease straight away and they kept in contact with me over the weeks while they were trying to find space for my boy. I was so happy when they said we have pulled out all the stops and found my son a place. MY son is now two and a half and he loves it, he has made lots of friends and takes part in so many activities. I also get to see updates throughout the day via the app with pictures and what he has had to eat which I love.

I feel very privileged to be writing this review of Busy Bees Mardley Hill. It is hard to entrust your child into the care of others, but from the very first day there, she has been so happy. She loves going and loves each and every member of the amazing team. They are without exception the best and thoroughly deserved the outstanding Ofsted report they obtained. From the learning facilities and the care that goes into planning each and every learning activity to the awesome resources and carefully chosen food menu. The management team are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. So thank you everyone at Busy Bees for nurturing and teaching our precious girl and for being totally awesome. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery and it's wonderful stuff to everyone.

We are so happy that we chose Busy Bees Mardley Hill. Our daughter loves going there and we feel so happy and comfortable leaving her there. We get lots of updates on the app and the children are always kept busy with a range of activities.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees, Mardley Hill for the past 2 years. I could not have asked for a better start in life for her. The nursery is simply fantastic. She has thrived in her time there and the staff are excellent. They nurture and care for the children, and recognise each one as an individual. Every day there are fun and interesting activities and the staff clearly love and cherish all of the children. There is an on-site chef who prepares tasty meals every day and my daughter enjoys all the food there. Plus there is a guy who comes and does sports activities with the children 3 times a week, which my daughter loves. I drop her off every day knowing she is in the best possible hands. We get photos and updates and all the children seem so happy there. The management are superb. They have such a lovely way of communicating with parents, and my daughter’s key worker is simply the best. I have so much respect for her and just want to say thank you so much for everything.

My little boy has been attending Busy Bees, Mardley Hill, half days to three days, over the last year. The care and nurturing he receives is second to none. He enjoys his time with his peers and key workers. He has learnt and developed so much and is clearly thriving in the space and environment. The team are attentive and focused on providing the best care. He loves going to school and I have nothing but praise for the whole team.

The team at Busy Bees Mardley Hill are exemplary. Each and every day that I collect my 14 month old baby she’s both happy and content. Staff are all upbeat and personable and the positive culture can be seen in the average tenure of staff - they clearly all enjoy their work.

My daughter joined the nursery last month and I can honestly say I am so pleased we decided to sign up for Busy Bees Mardley Hill. Her key worker is absolutely fantastic, as are all the staff. They have a genuine love for the children and I know she is very well looked after. As a mother returning to work after being off with my baby for 12 months, putting her into nursery is a huge step and transition for both Mum and baby. The team here have made things so easy and provided me with reassurance that she is happy and keeps me regularly updated on her days at nursery. I even have access to an app where I can monitor her throughout the day from how long she’s slept, to what food she’s eaten/how much etc, even pictures which is a fab touch! The nursery is more expensive than others, however it’s well worth the money in my opinion. Thank you to all the staff at Busy Bees Mardley Hill, you are doing a fab job and thank you again for taking great care of my little girl.

Busy Bees Mardley Hill is a great nursery. We really enjoy the online updates throughout the day and are impressed by the varied activities that are offered. Staff are amazing and my daughter loves it.

Outstanding, excellent, caring, diligent, attentive and professional are just a few words that describe my experience at this nursery. The care is second to none. The staff are informative, always ready to assist and it has a personal touch that I have not experienced elsewhere. The nursery is spotlessly clean and the children are happy and engaged. I have yet to meet a member of staff who does not go above and beyond. This nursery has the benefit of not being too big so that every member of staff knows every child. Can’t rate this nursery high enough for their care of my granddaughter. For anyone that wants peace of mind knowing their child is in a safe environment, surrounded by care and love whilst also nurturing every individual child’s development, Busy Bees Mardley Hill is the nursery that offers this in abundance.

I’ve been really pleased with the care and support my daughter has received since settling in the nursery in August. After not attending a nursery before and not socialising much due to the pandemic the staff have been amazing in meeting her needs to ensure she settles and I’ve been super pleased that she’s been enthusiastic to attend. I receive regular updates on her time at nursery and I love that I can submit home observations that her key person can then build on at nursery. The staff are enthusiastic and really care about the children’s well being. I would absolutely recommend the nursery.
