Riverview have been outstanding with my 23 month old, I was very nervous about the transition to nursery but I was instantly put at ease. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional, and my son has formed wonderful relationships with all the staff in his room. His skills and confidence have come on leaps and bounds and im so pleased with his progress since starting. Im so grateful for everything they have done and its lovely to recieve regular updates with photos and skills achieved regularly. Riverview was definitely the best choice for us, especially with the amazing outdoor area that the children get to spend lots of time in exploring.

The team at Riverview have welcomed our family with open arms. The time the team have taken to bond and and get to know my little boy has been best in class and I am delighted that he gets to spend time at Riverview 3 times a week. He plays with different toys and takes part in different activities and his 'favourite' pastimes have been highlighted and encouraged by the team. I cannot think of a better place for my little boy to develop and grow. Thank you for being so nurturing.

River view has always provided excellent care for both my boys, my eldest who left this year to start reception, and my 1 year old who is currently in Ladybirds. The staff are all really attentive and warm and very competent, and always open to feedback or requests from parents. The food my boys get given is great too - often it appears they eat better than their parents!

Our daughter is having a fantastic time at River View - the staff are attentive to her needs and she is much more capable than we give her credit for due to the safe space they create for her to test her limits and the confidence she's developed. The staff are also supportive to developing parents - a safe space to ask questions without judgement.

River View Nursery has been truly exceptional for our family. Both of our children have attended, and from day one we've felt such warmth, care, and dedication from everyone. The team create a nurturing, joyful environment where children flourish. The support for our youngest daughter during her surgery was outstanding - the staff went above and beyond to ensure she felt safe and cared for. We also experienced the same professionalism and calm when our son began choking on a raspberry. The staff's quick response and open communication gave us total confidence in their care. The management are fantastic - approachable, understanding, and always quick to respond. Every member of staff greets the children with genuine smiles and kindness. It has been an absolute pleasure to send our children to River View, and we feel so privileged to have given them such a wonderful start in such a caring and happy setting.

We absolutely love Riverview nursery. Our son started in Ladybirds in August. I can not speak highly enough of the staff and facilities. Initially drop offs were emotional, but the staff were so welcoming and ready to help settle our son in. They sent photo updates with in minutes of us leaving to help reassure us. Now our son waves us off when we leave. The transition from maternity leave to work can be a lot but knowing our son is having fun, learning and eating healthy, exciting food made it a lot easier. I especially appreciate the amount of time the children spend playing outside. We feel very lucky to have found such an incredible nursery.

Our little girl loves going to river view nursery. She settled in really well from the start and I put this down to the care and attention the staff give to the kids. They really do care about them and make so much effort to keep them safe and happy. We have been so happy with the standard of care our little girl has received. Thankyou to everyone at river view.

I have to make time to write to applaud all the staff at River View. My 2 granddaughters are lucky enough to attend for 4 days a week.The staff without exception are kind, knowledgeable, safety area personable and my granddaughters, daughter, son in law and I are so comfortable and feel safe when the girls are in nursery. They have come such a long way. We would highly recommend.The girls have gained so many skills that home life just cannot give with the busy lives we lead. Thank you all.

We have been so pleased with how Riverview look after our little boy. Their gradual settling in process was reassuring for both us and our son, and all the staff got to know him really well straight away. Instantly they clocked his favourite toys and things to do, and I get such lovely feedback from multiple members of staff whenever I collect him about how he's getting on.

We highly recommend River View Nursery! The staff is incredibly caring and supportive, creating a warm and nurturing environment. Every time Florence arrives, she feels safe and welcome, which speaks volumes about the team's dedication. As parents, we feel completely at ease leaving her there, knowing she'll learn, grow, and have fun in such a wonderful place.

River View have been nothing short of of incredible for both of my children. My daughter has anxiety and struggled with transition but the key workers were so supportive and always listen when I had concerns. My son also has a life long rare medical condition and they have researched, listened, taken note, everything I could ever ask for to help support him in the way that suits his condition. I really could recommend anymore.

My son has been at Riverview from 1 year old to 4.5 years old, from Caterpillars through Bumblebees to preschool. In each class he has had exceptional care that is very personalised towards the needs of each child. The staff are friendly and approachable and it feels like they genuinely connect with each child. My son has learnt so much that I wouldn't have been able to teach him from home, including how to navigate early friendships and socialising with different personalities. The staff are kind, patient and super supportive to parents as well as the children. Issues are dealt with quickly and collaboratively with long term support. The app is updated regularly, sometimes a few times a day, so I feel connected to the activities happening in the nursery. The celebration of each achievement is lovely. Would highly recommend River View, I wish they did a primary school too!

Highly recommend! Great staff and outdoor space/ facilities. There is a great staff to children ratio. Team work incredibly hard and support whenever needed. The app could be better but overall everything is good.

River View is a fantastic nursery in a lovely setting with caring and supportive staff. The facilities are excellent with ample outside space with lots of open play and a fair amount of autonomy given to the children as to when they want to play outdoors or in. The staff are attentive and supportive to the needs of each child and provide high quality care and take pride in their work. Staff seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, they are personable and get to know each child as individuals and are good at recognising any issues that may arise and dealing with them quickly and efficiently. Feedback at the end of each day is informative but no overloaded, which we appreciate. There is only one area I would make as to where the nursery could improve and that is in regard to their "no wake" sleep policy, which seems ill-informed and impractical for parents and siblings alike. We have been told this is a Child Base policy, not a nursery specific policy

I can't rate this nursery highly enough. My daughter has been attending for about a year and a half and genuinely loves it there. All the staff are amazing. So caring but also energetic and fun. I love that they get to enjoy lots of time outside often with new and creative activities. Would 100% recommend to any parents.

I am so happy with River View Day Nursery (Hertford). My daughter loves going there and I feel secure leaving her. The space is always clean and well maintained. The staff are really friendly and really support all areas of development. They have really great indoor and outdoor facilities. It is a little on the pricier side but it shows in the overall service delivered by the nursery.

Absolutely amazing nursery, we have had a brilliant experience right from the get go with our son joining as a baby! Beautiful garden space, incredible staff and the attention to detail with food, safety, products used and education/development is so appreciated. Couldn't recommend more!

I have two children currently attending Riverview day nursery. From the morning when we enter the building we are always greeted by friendly faces, members of the management team address us by our name interact with our children and ask us both how we are and about our day on both entry and exit. The level of care is absolutely exceptional and both my children are highly cared for throughout the day. The resources available in the rooms are fantastic and my children are always happy to go off and play when I leave. They receive 3 delicious meals a day and regular snacks and milk. I receive regular updates throughout the day of my children through the parent app of an activity they are engaged in and they always look happy. Key workers are constantly keeping me updated with developmental milestones and asking me if there's anything they can support us with. When I leave my children here at Riverview day nursery I know they are in a happy, safe, and clean environment.

River View Day Nursery is a fantastic childcare nursery with very polite, friendly, and professional staff who always make you feel welcome and the child's well being is their number 1 priority. I highly recommend this nursery as their day to day feedback is always spot on regarding the child's nap times and durations and meal/bottle consumption as their charts are very well organised. My daughter who is 9 months old loves going to nursery and is always happy upon drop off and pick up and has an amazing relationship with her key worker but also the other staff members in her room. They upload photos of the child's moments onto an app so you can see what your child has been up to throughout the day, from your work, which is brilliant.
