We love and appreciate Puddleducks. We are delighted with their service and feel comfortable leaving my daughter in their care. Room leaders and management are always available to talk through any concerns. My daughter is very happy.

My daughter has attended Puddleducks since she has been 1 and we cannot fault it at all. Everything from the staff to the facilities is second to none. Each member of staff is caring and attentive and nothing is too much of a problem. We have felt at complete ease with our daughter attending there and the support and dilligence is never waivering Highly recommend to anyone

My daughter has attended the nursery for 6 months and is thriving. She was quite an anxious baby but shows no signs of that since starting at Puddleducks. She loves the staff, is developing well and participated in lots of activities which we are updates on at the end of the day / sometimes with pictures on the app.

Both of our sons have attended Puddleducks and we have been nothing but happy with the care and support they have received. It has always been reassuring that our children are safe and happy when we drop them off in the morning. The staff go above and beyond and we are very grateful for everything. Thank you!

Our child enjoys nursery activities throughout the day. We have seen improvements in her language skills, the team is very helpful to encourage her through various ways which they also share with us to further encourage her at home. We love reading the nursery activities updates on tapestry.

Puddleducks has been a fantastic nursery for our daughter! The staff have provided her with skills that will give her the confidence to succeed in school! They always take great care in the service they give and have always made the nursery a warm and welcoming environment! I will hold this nursery very close to my heart for all they have done

All three of my children have attended Puddleducks Day Nursery and have thrived in their care. The staff are brilliant and are always providing exciting,new activites which meet the children's interests. They are exposed to so many learning opportunities including languages, yoga and forest school.

We are so pleased our son attends Puddleducks Day Nursery. The staff are so supportive, friendly, caring and understanding. We get updates via the app but they always give us a verbal handover too. He has a fantastic relationship with his key workers who clearly care about the children. They have been really supportive with us as his parents too, accommodating a change in the days he attends to suit our rota. We are really comforted knowing our son is happy and settled in a place where we can trust he receives outstanding support and care. He has thrived since attending, and is excited to go in, which speaks volumes to us. Would highly recommend.

Our daughter has attended Puddleducks Day Nursery for nearly 2 years and we have been so pleased with the nursery's involvement in her learning and development. The staff are caring, supportive and go above and beyond for the children and families. It is a fantastic nursery and we would highly recommend.

We have been so pleased with how our daughter settled into the nursery and the way she is developing. The staff have been amazing in making her feel comfortable and she has built a rapport with her key workers. They are able to identify when she isn't herself and provide extra attention if required in these moments. We are provided with detailed information about what activities our daughter is taking part in and what she has most enjoyed. We are also happy with the app updates that allow us to check in when she is at nursery. Overall, I highly recommend the nursery.

My son has recently started Puddleducks Day nursery and has been supported by all caring staff as he settles into his new routine. He has great fun during his day, taking part in a wide variety of inspiring activities, exploring the well resourced environment and enjoying the yummy home cooked meals. We could not be happier with his nursery adventure.

Puddleducks Day Nursery have been amazing with my son since he started in September 2024. The staff are so friendly and make sure all handovers are as easy as possible. We get updates throughout the day via the app and my son has benefitted so much for his time there so far. They've helped with his development and social skills and he's thriving.

My child started Puddleducks Day Nursery in October 2024 and has had a great experience. He is genuinely cared for and his development has been phenomenal. They also manage his dietary allergy requirements very well, providing him with a broad range of food. He is always happy to be dropped off and I never have any concerns about him whilst he is there. Communication on his day, through the tapestry app is useful and I love receiving photos of the activities he is taking part in. I also love that they take them outside as much as possible.

Puddleducks has been fantastic for both my 3 and 1-year-olds who currently go there. All the staff are friendly and know the children by name. It's the best experience I have had with my children settling somewhere and I think that's an important reflection on how comfortable they are at the nursery. Faultless.

I've had a great experience with this nursery. All 3 of my children have now gone here, the first one being 9 years ago. A lot of the same staff, particularly management, are still here from when my daughter came here 9 years ago. I think that says a lot about how the nursery is run. I've always felt that the staff members genuinely care about every child and have the best interests for their well-being. I've always felt happy and proud to send my children to this nursery. If I have ever had any concerns or issues, they have been resolved completely to my satisfaction.

Nurturing environment where children are given the chance to flourish. The staff are wonderful and really helped my daughter transition seamlessly. The activities on offer are extensive and include a mix of indoor and outdoor play. We are regularly provided with updates on how our child is doing throughout the day. Great communication on all topics to parents. Couldn't be happier with the overall service.

My son has flourished at this nursery. He loves to go in the morning. They have very friendly staff and he gets to do lots of messy play and always eats well. Most of all, I know he is extremely well cared for.

Brilliant nursery! I couldn't ask for any more for my child. All the ladies are so kind and patient with the children. My 2-year-olds confidence and social skills have come along so far since he started. Couldn't be happier.

My daughter has been at Puddleducks for almost 2 years now and she thoroughly enjoys it. She has gained so much confidence and built great relationships with staff and other kids. Sometimes she doesn't want to leave the nursery which indicates to me how much fun she has. The nursery is also clean and full of lots of colour and educational information. Each staff member who walks past always greets me and my little girl with so much joy. It is clear that all the staff are truly passionate about the children they look after.
