Really really happy we chose this nursery - they do so much with the children and my daughter has loved going since day 1. The updates and photos you get are brilliant. And the ladies are all absolutely amazing we can't fault them.

We've had a really positive experience so far. At our initial visit when choosing nursery's for my then unborn baby, we were made to feel so comfortable as the staff took time to show us around and talk us through the processes. We were asked when suited us to visit rather than being told what availability they had. Since our daughter started in June. The transition has been very smooth. The staff are attentive and always address my daughter in a friendly and caring manner. Absolutely love the daily updates..this provides us with assurance she is ok but also allows us an insight into her daily activities and how she is getting on. Highly recommend to parents in the process of searching for a suitable nursery,

Very good. My children love to come to nursery and always happy. My children are always smiling and learning new things. The girls always eat their food and are always trying new things. The girls love coming to nursery.

When I returned to work after maternity leave I was nervous to leave my son with anyone but busy bees have made that transition easy for me as they are incredible with their care of my son. They have introduced my son to foods he would never have eaten before and now loves and he learns new things every day. He loves all of the staff so much and is always happy when we go to collect him at the end of the day and loves going in in a morning.

Very well ran nursery where each child is looked after with care to support their individual learning journey and growth. Everyone develops differently and I feel that approach is tailored to each child differently to help everyone thrive. I have truly enjoyed seeing how my daughter has become more confident and learned new skills that I would not be able to teach her in home environment. I like that children spend lots of time outdoors and I am confident that they eat healthy and nutritional meals every day. My daughter loves going to the nursery and tells me lots of stories about her day when I pick her up every evening.

Both of my children have attended Busy Bees from 1 year old until graduating just before starting school. Both have had excellent care and have really thrived in the environment. The staff are excellent and provide a wide variety of play stations and a great learning environment. The food is varied and loved by my children and each room has its own outdoor space ( the only issue I had is that they have artificial grass which gets too hot for the kids to play on on hot summers days). Management are so friendly and approachable and are always there to greet the children with a smile and reassure and help parents with any queries. Overall a fantastic nursery and I'm sad that our journey with them has come to an end.

We couldn’t be happier with sending our daughter to Busy Bees Welwyn Garden City Day Nursery. Our daughter continues to grow so much from attending. She’s so confident socially and loves learning new things. It feels like her language acquisition gets better every day! You can really see the difference between her and her friends who don’t go to nursery - she shares, is empathetic and even is good at tidying up! We love all the activities she gets to take part in and she clearly loves her carers. The food she eats is healthy and varied (and she eats a lot more adventurously than at home!) The staff are also great at communicating with parents - the app is wonderful and we get to have a great summary of the day when we pick our daughter up. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

The teachers are so helpful, creative and loving. They are willing to invest their interest and time in my child, making sure my child learns and enjoys her time in the nursery. My child really enjoys herself with her carers and friends. Would highly recommend this nursery.

We have been so happy and grateful for the care and love both us and our 12 month old have had since joining Busy Bees Welwyn Garden City in May. The women who work here are angels - nothing is too much trouble and they all bond beautifully and so naturally with the kids. The settling-in is a brilliant pace (for mum and baby!) and the updates you get during the day are so regular and thorough. Food all cooked fresh onsite and the space is huge and filled with brilliant things for the kids. I am so impressed that even in the baby room there are themed activities set out for the kids to help them discover new things and interests. I could recommend the nursery more highly. It’s a brilliant space filled with just lovely, caring people. We have been so happy since we joined, and on the days when my little one has been unsettled, he comes home smelling of perfume which I adore because I know it means he has had extra cuddles from two staff members.

My son absolutely loves coming to Busy Bees. He has come on so well socially and it’s lovely to see him growing bonds with both his carers and peers. Thank you for the amazing support everyone at the centre has given him and myself. I can’t wait to see how he continues to grow and develop within the centre!

I cannot recommend Busy Bees highly enough. I was so anxious to send my 11 month old off to nursery when I started back at work, but the team and the staff made me feel so relaxed that I was immediately put at ease. After the initial settle sessions and a couple of weeks of feeling hesitant, my daughter began to throw her arms out for the staff each morning. We get daily updates on everything, food, nappies, sleep, activities, and photos - it is unbelievable. Every day I pick her up, someone speaks to me and tells me even more about how my daughter has been that day. It is clear how much love and care is in that room! I hunted high and low for a nursery that I was pleased with (using this website!) and am beyond happy with Busy Bees. My daughter has been going for 3 months now and loves it. Thank you millions!

My son (13 months old) and three-year-old daughter, both attend Busy Bees at Welwyn Garden City and I would happily recommend it. We get daily updates on what they’ve been doing and regular updates throughout the day on eating, plus nappies for my son. Staff have helped my son settle into nursery life and I can see the difference in how he plays and engages with toys at home, based on how he plays at nursery. My daughter is off to school in September and staff are helping to develop the skills she will need for then. Activities are well prepared and engaging. Meals are well balanced and healthy. I have always found the staff friendly and enthusiastic.

My daughter has settled into the nursery so quickly and not surprisingly as the staff are so lovely. I get daily updates on what she eats as well as pictures of what she’s done that day which I love. An absolutely fantastic nursery, with kind staff and full of great activities for my daughter to get involved in, as well as help her develop and learn.

Fantastic group of staff at Busy Bees Welwyn Garden City. They really interact with the kids and lay on so many activities that my little one is always chatting about on the way home. The staff really know the kids well and give great feedback on how they're getting on. They always take on any staff feedback well and deal with any problems that come up.

Busy Bees Nursery in Welwyn Garden City have been absolutely fantastic with the care of my son. They really listen and understand his needs and make sure that is thriving in his everyday activities there. They have brilliant and imaginative activities for the children that are educational and fun. My son loves his nursery and it’s all down to the wonderful and caring staff. Thank you.

My son has been going to Busy Bees since June 2021 and absolutely loves it there. At the weekends he looks quite annoyed when he has to stay home with us! He is always so happy going in and barely looks back to say bye.

I was worried about my child starting nursery after being born at the beginning of the pandemic and lockdown but he has really come along at Busy Bees Welwyn Garden City. He loves the staff and what is even nicer, is that they clearly love him too. The activities he does every day are amazing and I really appreciate the time everyone takes to tell me about his day at pick up!

Both of my children attended this nursery, although one has now left and I couldn't be happier with it. We found that the managers and the staff have been very welcoming and friendly, and are willing to help address any concerns which you may have. Throughout the pandemic and beyond we have been kept informed of any changes which are happening at the nursery, which has helped us as parents feel at ease. This may be the temperature checks at drop off, regularly Covid-19 testing and informing of any cases they may have within the centre, which has been great for a worried family. Over the last few years due to the pandemic, parents are no longer allowed into the rooms to drop off or collect, however all meals and activities are updated on the app. If you need to speak with a key worker then they are available via email or phone which is very helpful. Range of activities are planned and they have lots of fun. This is one of the pricier nurseries but would definitely recommend it to others.

Our son’s been attending Busy Bees Welwyn Garden City 5-days per week for the last 18-months and we’re still very happy with the nursery. He runs to the staff every morning and comes out with a huge smile on his face in the afternoon! We can see what he’s been up to each day, including his meals and nappy changes via the app. The staff were nothing short of amazing when he was ill recently! Highly recommend.

The staff have been really helpful at offering extra advice regarding childcare funding options and answering my questions about their centre processes. It’s amazing how the office staff recognise and remember all the parents and children's names, which I have observed at pickups. It’s that personal touch that made me feel welcome from the start. The settling in sessions offered has made a difference, for both my child and me. They have given me a great start and the key worker is so caring and really knows my child well. I am so happy with this provision and definitely recommend it.
