We love the nursery so much. All of the staff are so caring and make a huge effort to get to know your child. The facilities are great and the staff think of really fun activities for the babies to do each week.

The nursery has warm friendly staff who really know and care about our child. We really like the people working there. There is good quality Vegan food available and staff are accommodating for leaving expressed milk. I would recommend to a friend.

We are very happy with Penge East Day Nursery. The staff are warm and caring and it's clear how much our son loves attending every day. He has progressed extremely well over the last 7 months and his key worker has worked especially hard to bring out his confidence and personality. We are provided
with regular pictures and written summaries of our son's development milestones which has kept us reassured and up to date with his development across all areas. Thank you.

My daughter just started at Penge East Day Nursery in January and so far we've had a really positive experience. We were given plenty of settling sessions and communication has been great. Despite being upset at first, she quickly settles with cuddles and enjoys her days at nursery. The staff are so
caring and kind and have been great at providing us with updates during the day via the app. There are some really lovely little touches such as making a little booklet with photos of our family in and making my daughter a birthday card when she recently turned 1. They were very accommodating with making sure there were enough staff around to support her during her nap times. They also allocated her key worker according to who she developed a bond with which was lovely. The weather has been cold but hopefully, she will have some time outdoors soon.
We would really recommend the nursery. Thank you to everyone for looking after our daughter so well and helping her to settle in.

Our son is really happy to go to nursery and keeps talking about the staff and his friends. They have been really helpful and flexible with settling in etc and they have a nice outdoor space/garden that the kids enjoy.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 10 months old and loves it. The staff are wonderful, very kind and friendly, and give the children a lot of love and attention. They plan lovely activities and, where possible, trips and are great at sharing what the children have been up to via the
app. The small nature of the nursery means the children know all of the staff well, including the managers and the flexible staff. We're really happy with our daughter's experience and with all the staff.

There is a great energy and loving atmosphere at Penge East Nursery, which is entirely down to the hard work and dedication of the staff. My daughter loves her carers and has bonded well with them over the years. In particular, my child's key workers, who always put in so much care, attention and
effort. They are also really good about updating the app, so you know what your child is up to and what's coming up at the nursery, which I really appreciate. However, the corporation that bought out the nursery a while ago seems to have put in way less effort when it comes to maintaining the facilities and supplying resources, which is a shame because I feel like the staff are constantly put under unnecessary pressure to manage with less.

The staff are fantastic. They know the children so well and pay close attention to their interests and build activities around these. I now have a second child at the nursery and an area that has massively improved over the 4 years is the communication with parents. We get really regular updates,
photos and messages which is lovely. Both of my children love it there and it's all down to the wonderful staff and the safe and fun environment they create.

My baby recently started at the nursery, and they have been very gentle and kind helping him to settle in. The staff are very friendly and warm and put in lots of effort. And the food is very good too.

Three Little Birds is an excellent nursery. The staff are attentive, friendly and engaging with our son.
There are plenty of activities for the kids to do, both indoors and outdoors. Meals are well-planned and we are able to see the menu in advance, which really helps.
We can’t wait to send our
second child there.

Our daughter loves going to nursery, it is such a caring and friendly environment and the staff are all so kind and experienced. Kids get to mingle with different age groups and spend a lot of time outdoors. They offer a wide range of activities including days out, yoga, music and art classes. The
staff really make an effort to get to know each child and update parents at the end of each day. We would highly recommend this nursery.

My sons absolutely loved this nursery! We have recently moved a couple of hours away and so had to send them to a different nursery, but we think about Penge East Day Nursery all the time - I wish we could have kept them there, my eldest talks about it all of the time! The standard of care was
incredible, and they were both so happy there. I have very happy memories of picking my 4 year old up and seeing him beaming with joy while running around the garden with his friends. We really miss everyone at Penge East Day Nursery!

My daughter has been at this nursery since September 2020 and I cannot fault it. The staff are very friendly and helpful; they have always provided extra information on her day when I have asked for it. She has made lots of friends and always comes home with stories of her day. The nursery is
inclusive and put on lots of different events and tasks during the day to include different cultures and interests. The outdoor space is excellent and the activities laid on each day have allowed my daughter to learn a huge amount. The staff have ensured that she will be ready for school in September. My daughter will be sorry to leave and I highly recommend the nursery and the staff!

We love the family feel of the nursery. Staff are super friendly and really adaptable to provide the best care that helps children grow and be happy. We now have our two children attending Penge East Day nursery and we have peace of mind that they will be well looked after and have fun whilst we are
busy with work. We can't thank enough the staff for their excellent job!

Really happy with this nursery. Its a really lovely close-knit bunch that works so hard in looking after my boy so well. He is so happy here and has really gelled with the staff. So much so that I'm about to send my daughter very soon. They go the extra mile with parties and are super inclusive of
all faiths/cultural celebrations. Thanks to the nursery manager and her dream team!

This nursery is one of the most caring nurseries going from the management team all the way down to the staff, when my child started settling they made him feel so welcome, his development has come a long way and I have to thank the staff for that, from the stimulating activities to making sure he's
looked after on a daily basis. I'd recommend this nursery to any parent as they really go the extra mile for the kids here.

Penge East Day Nursery is a wonderful nursery. All staff are welcoming and helpful.
The manager is great, really attentive and caters to your needs.
As a first-time mum, I was very apprehensive to leave my child but the settling-in period was so well thought out and detailed.
My child loves it
there and is always talking about how great his day was and all the wonderful activities he’s enjoyed.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year and I can honestly say that as first time parents we are absolutely thrilled with the services that they provide. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds and is thriving. Her confidence has skyrocketed and the communication from the
staff is excellent. We would like to thank everyone for the care and love they show our daughter. And a special thanks to the manager who goes above and beyond. We definitely recommend this nursery!

As first-time parents, we were anxious and sad to be apart from our daughter, but nursery was always a part of our plan. We got off to a very tearful start (on both sides), and I was a little concerned that she was never going to settle, but four weeks later, we had a very happy 1-year-old. She goes
in with a smile and comes home with a bigger one. When our daughter was in her “tearful” stage, the staff soon worked out what made our daughter happy – outside play, water play and music, and soon enough, the tears stopped, and our daughter started to relax and enjoy her time there. The staff are all loving, caring and friendly. The app that tells us what our daughter has eaten/nap times/nappy changes etc is very reassuring, and the occasional pictures are great to see. In the six weeks that our daughter has been at the nursery, she has already progressed so much, and we can’t wait to see what the next year brings. Thanks to everyone at the nursery (especially the baby room).

Lovely staff, extra caring. I feel really relaxed leaving my child every morning. It really makes the difference to see your kid happy to start the day at nursery. It's such an important decision to get the right nursery and we are really confident with our choice.

Three Little Birds is an excellent nursery. The staff are attentive, friendly and engaging with our son.
