After many years of hard work and following rigorous assessment, we were thrilled to receive a prestigious Investors in People Gold award.
Recognised the world over, IIP accreditation quite simply demonstrates a clear commitment to the people who make up an organisation – it really does exactly what it says on the tin! With only 7% of IIP accredited organisations achieving the gold standard, our team quite rightly feel extremely proud of their achievement.

What exactly does it mean for you, the families who use our service?

The IIP accreditation provides assurance that we are investing heavily in the development, progression and performance of our team. How are we doing this?
