Our very own Debbie Colville won the Cooking with HEART award at the Bright Horizons Awards of Excellence.
The Cooking with HEART Award recognises chefs who dedicate themselves to providing nutritionally balanced, well presented exciting meals for the children, showing creativity when catering for specific dietary requirements. These cooks can effectively manage the kitchen’s cleanliness, hygiene and always fully complete documentation. This award recognises cooks who are proactive in management of cost control, stock rotation and waste. These recipients show outstanding examples of parental liaison, effective communication and teamwork.
