Our ‘Nursery Management Team of the Year’ will be dedicated to creating an exciting experience for children, parents and staff alike – ‘the extra mile’ is the order of the day! They will demonstrate commitment to the Banana Moon curriculum and ethos at all times. They will attend training on a regular basis and support the rest of their team in engaging with all the advice and tips provided by the Quality Improvement team.

We will also be looking for Management teams that not only ensure their nursery sails through the air, but also work hard to achieve top marks in their audits and meet the highest standards in all areas! Finally, our ‘Management Team of the Year’ will use the Hub to its maximum potential: checking for regular updates, completing tasks in a timely manner and communicating on the forum to share tips and best practice.
