WHAT WE ARE LEARNING - WEEK COMMENCING 15TH DECEMBER 2025

Next week at nursery, we’ll be celebrating the final days of term with a fun and festive programme as we head towards the Christmas break. The children will enjoy a variety of Christmas and winter-themed crafts, along with festive music and lots of dancing! Our story times will focus on winter and Christmas books to spark imagination and encourage conversations about kindness, friendship and the excitement of the season. We’ll also be enhancing our indoor and outdoor spaces with winter-themed opportunities to play, supporting creativity, exploration and teamwork.

Please remember our singalong is Wednesday 17th December at 2:30pm.

We will be having an end of term party on Thursday 18th December, please come in Christmas jumpers again.

Our theme for next week is Jesus & St Nicholas bringing kindness and care for children, looking at how we can be kind to others.

Staff will be helping the children reflect on their achievements this year and we will be looking at what they will be doing over the Christmas break as they look forward to spending special time with their families.

Please note that nursery will close on Thursday 18th December at 5:00pm and will reopen on Monday 5th January 2026 at 7:30am. We wish all our families a wonderful Christmas break and a Happy New Year!
