WHAT WE ARE LEARNING - WEEK COMMENCING 8TH DECEMBER 2025

Clever Cats As we are now in December, we are going to be having lots of fun exploring Christmas! We will be doing lots of fun activities and learning all about the story of Christmas. We are so excited for our Christmas singalong and we would love to see you there!

Clever Kittens and Ladybirds This week the children within the Toddler Room are learning all about the Christmas Nativity ??

The children will be hearing, learning and using new vocabulary such as ‘Mary’, ‘Joseph’, ‘Angel’ and more as they explore an engage in new play and learning opportunities.

The children will also be engaging in activities that encourage kindness, including role play - taking care of little baby Jesus (baby dolls).

Lastly the children will be introduced to some classic Christmas carols such as ‘Away in a Manger’, ‘Silent Night’ and many many more!

  Butterflies This week we will begin our Christmas learning, we will be exploring songs linking in with the Nativity story and creating our own Nativity pictures. We will also be exploring some Christmas themed sensory trays throughout the week.
