Our August home learning packs

The theme is "Let's build a Rock Snake" together.

We have paint and a brush in the home learning bags. The children go for a lovely walk outdoors with their family, find a rock they like, and paint it in a colour and design of their choosing.

Once painted, we ask the children to bring the rock back to the nursery, where we will make it weatherproof. Then, the children can add it to the snake's body to grow.

We look forward to seeing it grow over the next few weeks.
