Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

• Full-time role (40 hours per week across 4 days)
• All year round
• Covering shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
• Monday to Friday.
   

Responsilbilities 

• Keep children safe: Supervise kids at all times and prioritise health and safety.

• Be welcoming: Create a friendly, positive atmosphere for families and staff.

• Support learning and care: Help kids grow, learn, and meet their daily needs.

• Follow all rules: Stick to nursery policies and official early-years guidelines.

• Be flexible: Pitch in with extra duties, light cleaning, or covering absent staff.

• Help with transitions: Help children move smoothly from Kindergarten to Reception.

• Attend meetings and events: Join staff training, meetings, trips, and school plays.
