At Ashbourne Day Nurseries, we're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our lovely, close-knit team.

A Little About Us

Since 2008, Ashbourne Day Nurseries has been creating nurturing, inspiring environments where children can learn, explore and thrive.

Our nursery has a wonderfully homely feel, with an open-plan layout, a dedicated baby area and a spacious outdoor garden where children can enjoy plenty of fresh air, play and exploration.

With approximately six babies, eight toddlers and twelve preschool children, we're a small, friendly setting where every team member plays an important role.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll help create a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children feel valued and supported.

You'll be:

• Planning and delivering fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS.

• Supporting children's learning, development and individual needs.

• Observing and celebrating children's achievements and progress.

• Building positive relationships with children, parents and carers.

• Supporting daily routines, including mealtimes, sleep and personal care.

• Working closely with our friendly nursery team.

• Championing safeguarding, children's wellbeing and high-quality care.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

• Previous experience working in an Early Years setting.

• A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

• A caring, positive and enthusiastic approach.

• Great communication and teamwork skills.

• The confidence to use your initiative and get involved wherever needed.

• A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and thrive.
