Make Every Day an Adventure!

Are you passionate about Early Years and looking for a nursery that's a little different?

At Willows Farm Day Nursery, your days won't be spent in a typical nursery environment. Based within the unique surroundings of Willows Activity Farm, our children have opportunities to explore nature, enjoy outdoor learning and follow their own curiosity every day.

We're looking for Early Years Educators to join our Baby, Pre-Toddler and Toddler teams, helping create a warm, nurturing environment where our youngest children can feel safe, secure and excited to learn.

If you're caring, enthusiastic and passionate about giving children the very best start in life, we'd love to hear from you.

What Makes This Role Different?

Working with Early Years is incredibly rewarding. You'll have the opportunity to:

Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and their families.

Support babies and toddlers as they develop confidence and independence.

Follow children's interests and curiosity through play.

Create engaging experiences using natural resources and the outdoors.

Support children's individual development and learning.

Work as part of a friendly, supportive team.

Make the most of our unique farm-based environment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for passionate Early Years professionals who have:

A full and relevant Early Years qualification – ideally Level 3 or above. Level 2 and unqualified applicants will also be considered.

Experience working with children aged 0–5, ideally within a day nursery.

A genuine passion for Early Years and child development.

A positive, can-do attitude.

A willingness to get involved and contribute ideas.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Flexibility and reliability.

Due to our rural location, a full driving licence and access to your own transport would be ideal.
