To support our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Leader to take charge of a room, lead a strong staff team, and sink their teeth into exciting new projects as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Manage: Oversee daily operations within the room to ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment for all children.
  • Curriculum & Planning: Plan and execute age-appropriate EYFS activities that foster curiosity, learning, and child development.
  • Team Leadership: Support, mentor, and inspire staff within the room to maintain high standards of care and education.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong, positive partnerships with children, parents, and team members.
  • Compliance: Ensure full alignment with nursery policies, safety procedures, and Ofsted requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (Required).
  • EYFS Expertise: Comprehensive working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or senior practitioner role preferred.
