Nursery Manager Location: Cleckheaton, BD19 5BT (In-person)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours over 5 days per week, Monday–Friday, no weekends)

Salary: £30,975.00 – £33,855.00 per year: Performance Related bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Management: Oversee daily nursery operations and inspire a team of early years practitioners to consistently maintain high standards of care and education.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure complete alignment with EYFS standards and Ofsted regulatory requirements to maintain a safe, welcoming, and enriching setting.
• Curriculum & Development: Direct the delivery of a stimulating, inclusive curriculum tailored to early childhood development.
• Community & Parent Relations: Build trusting, active relationships with parents and local community partners.
• Resource & Financial Management: Effectively manage the nursery budget, balancing resource allocation with uncompromised quality care.
