We are looking for an enthusiastic and caringLevel 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team in Winwick. If you are passionate about supporting children's development and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education for children within the nursery. You will support children's learning through play, build positive relationships with families, and contribute to creating a nurturing and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Act as a Key Person, developing strong relationships with children and their families.
• Support children's emotional wellbeing and encourage their independence and confidence.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation to a high standard.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote outstanding practice across the nursery.
• Contribute to the preparation and organisation of the learning environment, both indoors and outdoors.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.

What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements

• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.

Desirable Requirements

• Paediatric First Aid qualification.
• Experience as a Key Person.
• Knowledge of observation and assessment systems used within early years settings.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs.
