-
Work closely with parents and carers, building positive partnerships and ensuring excellent communication.
-
Support children's emotional wellbeing and respond sensitively to their individual needs.
-
Create an engaging environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, independence, and learning through play.
-
Support the introduction of Montessori-inspired approaches within the setting.
-
Champion outdoor learning and contribute to our exciting garden development project.
-
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health, safety, hygiene, and child welfare are maintained at all times.

-
Organised and able to take responsibility for the effective day-to-day running of a room.
-
Committed to building positive relationships with parents, carers, colleagues, and the wider community.
-
Passionate about children's wellbeing, learning, and development.
-
Enthusiastic about outdoor learning and creative approaches to early years education.
