Are you an Early Years Educator who loves making a real difference to a child's development and helping them reach their full potential?
We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and experienced 1:1 Early Years Educator to join our Preschool team at Adventure Farm Day Nursery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience or knowledge of SEN in the Early Years who wants to provide dedicated support to a child while being part of a warm, friendly and supportive nursery team.

Your Role
As a 1:1 Early Years Educator, you'll provide dedicated support to a child within our Preschool environment, helping them to feel confident, included and able to engage fully in nursery life.
You'll:
? Build a warm, trusting relationship with the child and support their individual needs.
? Work closely with the wider Preschool team to support learning and development.
? Help create an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
? Support the child's individual learning and development goals.
? Encourage participation in play, activities and outdoor learning.
? Work in partnership with colleagues and families to provide consistent support.
? Bring creativity, enthusiasm and a positive approach to every day.
What We're Looking For
You'll have:
? A full and relevant Early Years qualification – ideally Level 3, although Level 2 applications will be considered.
? Knowledge and experience of SEN within the Early Years.
? Previous experience working with young children, ideally within a day nursery setting.
? A genuine passion for Early Years education and supporting children's individual development.
? A patient, caring and positive approach.
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
? A reliable and flexible approach.
Your Working Pattern
This is a part-time position working two full days per week:
Tuesday and Wednesday, 8am–6pm
This consistent working pattern could be ideal if you're looking for part-time Early Years work while still having three days a week away from the nursery.
