Are you an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who's ready to lead a room where children spend their days exploring nature, meeting farm animals and learning through real-life experiences?

What You'll Be Doing

As one of our Room Leaders you'll:

• Lead and inspire a happy, motivated team.
• Create exciting learning experiences following children's interests.
• Support and mentor practitioners within your room.
• Build strong partnerships with families.
• Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Help children develop through outdoor learning, exploration and play.

What We're Looking For

You'll have:

? Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

? Experience working within an early years setting

? Previous leadership experience or be ready to step into your first Room Leader role

? Excellent knowledge of the EYFS

? A positive, enthusiastic approach and genuine passion for early years education
