Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional to take the lead in managing a thriving nursery, supporting a team of committed practitioners, and creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can flourish.
Working 40 hrs per week between Mon - Fri 7:30 am to 6 pm with a day off in the week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall management and organisation of the nursery
- Maintain outstanding safeguarding practices and regulatory compliance
- Inspire, support and develop your staff team
- Ensure the nursery provides a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
- Build strong relationships with children, their families and staff
- Support the continued development and improvement of the nursery
