This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner seeking progression into a more senior capacity, ideally we are looking for candidates who have had some experience in a deputy or room leader role. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Nannie Annie's curriculum demonstrating our vision and values in daily practice
• Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Ensure safeguarding and child welfare procedures are rigorously upheld
• Produce high-quality child development reports and contribute to planning and assessment
• Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and reflective practice
