About the Role: As a Dual Nursery Manager, you will:

• Co-lead and inspire a large, busy nursery team
• Ensure high-quality childcare and strong EYFS delivery
• Maintain compliance, safety, and safeguarding standards
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community
• Support staff development and promote a positive, high-performing culture

About You: We’re looking for a confident and passionate leader who:

• Has proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
• Holds a Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Is commercially aware and committed to delivering outstanding early years education
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-occupancy environment
