LEVEL 3 - Qualifield Nursery Educator - Baby room

We are proud to be recognised as one of the Top 20 Nurseries in South East England and are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner to join our wonderful Baby Room team during a maternity cover.

What we are looking for:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised in the UK)
- A genuine passion for working with babies aged 6 months to 2 years
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- A warm, nurturing and caring personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Your responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for babies
Build secure relationships with children and their families
Observe, assess and plan for children's individual development
Work closely with colleagues to create an inspiring learning environment
Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety
Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed
