We are looking for a caring, inspiring and motivated Early Years Educator who is passionate about providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0–2 years and leading our 12-place Baby Room. If you are a natural leader who enjoys supporting others, building strong relationships with families and creating a nurturing environment where babies can thrive, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As Baby Room Leader, you will:

Lead and inspire our baby room team to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.

Create a warm, safe and stimulating environment that supports every child's individual development.

Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework.

Build positive partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring excellent communication.
-
Support children's learning journeys through accurate observations, assessments and planning.
-
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety and hygiene are maintained.

Act as a role model, mentoring and supporting colleagues within the room.

Work alongside the management team to continuously improve practice and maintain high-quality provision.
We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years.

Has previous experience working with babies in an early years setting.

Has experience leading or supervising a team (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).

Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development.

Is organised, reliable and able to motivate and support others.
-
Is warm, caring and passionate about making a difference to children's lives.

Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Holds a current Paediatric First Aid certificate.
