Baby Room Leader

We are looking for a caring, inspiring and motivated Early Years Educator who is passionate about providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0–2 years and leading our 12-place Baby Room. If you are a natural leader who enjoys supporting others, building strong relationships with families and creating a nurturing environment where babies can thrive, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As Baby Room Leader, you will:

• Lead and inspire our baby room team to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.

• Create a warm, safe and stimulating environment that supports every child's individual development.

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework.

• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring excellent communication.

• Support children's learning journeys through accurate observations, assessments and planning.

• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety and hygiene are maintained.

• Act as a role model, mentoring and supporting colleagues within the room.

• Work alongside the management team to continuously improve practice and maintain high-quality provision.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years.

• Has previous experience working with babies in an early years setting.

• Has experience leading or supervising a team (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).

• Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development.

• Is organised, reliable and able to motivate and support others.

• Is warm, caring and passionate about making a difference to children's lives.

• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Holds a current Paediatric First Aid certificate.
