Pre-School Manager

Morning Glory Pre-School is a community-focused early years setting based on Leytonstone. We are passionate about giving children a strong start in life and are now focused on improving our systems, standards, and overall quality of provision.

We are looking for an experienced Pre-School Manager who can lead, organise, and elevate the quality of our setting.

You will:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the pre-school
• Lead and develop a team of practitioners
• Ensure full compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Drive improvements in teaching, learning, and safeguarding
• Prepare the setting for future Ofsted inspections

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the setting
• Deliver high-quality EYFS practice across all areas
• Supervise, support, and develop staff through coaching and reviews
• Maintain safeguarding and compliance standards
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Ensure accurate records, policies, and Ofsted documentation
