Nursery of Happy Stories is one of the area's fastest-growing nurseries. Having opened less than five months ago, we have already welcomed over 30 children and are on track to exceed 50 children by September.
We are looking for passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our growing team and help us provide outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care, learning, and development opportunities for children
- Support children's individual learning journeys in line with the EYFS framework
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated nursery team
- Promote children's wellbeing, confidence, and independence
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, caring, and professional attitude
- Passion for supporting young children's development
Desirable
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Previous nursery or childcare experience
- Experience with observations and learning journals
