Level 3 Practitioner- Baby room

At The Secret Garden Attenborough Day Nursery, creating a welcoming, inspiring environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn is at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our friendly and supportive team. If you bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine love for early years education, we would love to hear from you.

This role offers the opportunity to work with our youngest children in the baby and toddler rooms, supporting children through play, exploration, and discovery while helping them reach important developmental milestones.

Full Time 41.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday or a job share would be considered with one person working 3 days (25.5-28.5 hours) and another 2 days (19 hours)

You’ll be part of an experienced and caring nursery team that values creativity, teamwork, and professional growth in a beautiful small setting located in a beautiful village setting.

We are a small homely nursery located by the nature reserve, which we use for regular walks and Forest school sessions. The nursery is built around play, curiosity, and child-led learning.
