As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Full operational management of the nursery
• Ensuring compliance with EYFS, Ofsted and safeguarding requirements
• Leading, developing and performance-managing staff
• Driving occupancy and maintaining strong parent partnerships
• Budget awareness and cost control
• Maintaining high-quality learning environments
• Preparing for inspections and maintaining outstanding standards
• Overseeing the transition to year-round provision

This is a leadership role for someone who sets standards, not follows them.

Salary: From £38,000 + Performance Bonus Scheme
Full-Time | 8.5-hour shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
