Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in supporting children’s development and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
• Plan and deliver fun, stimulating activities in line with EYFS
• Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
• Observe, assess, and record children’s development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to support daily nursery operations

Requirements

Essential:

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Experience working in an early years setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with children

Desirable:

• Paediatric First Aid
• Safeguarding training
• Experience with observation and planning systems
