Job Summary

We are seeking a warm, dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at our family-run nursery in Fulham.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone truly passionate about early years education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel valued and confident to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support each child’s development
  • Maintain a safe, secure and positive learning environment
  • Observe, support and guide children to reach their full potential
  • Build strong, professional relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively within the team and lead by example

About You

  • Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable)
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Good understanding of EYFS and child development
  • Confident communicator with strong English language skills
  • Caring, reliable, enthusiastic and a positive team player
