The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education to make a real impact on children’s development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous nursery experience is desirable
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
