Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated practitioner to join our Baby team at Hornchurch.

Overview 

A full induction is given and training to support every staff member in their role to deliver the best possible care to our children.
Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Implement age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a nurturing environment that encourages learning through play.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.
• Support children's emotional, social, and physical development.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress.
• Ensure the nursery adheres to health and safety regulations and all children are safeguarded.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Qualifications
• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years is essential.
• Experience working with young children is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude.
