About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, organised and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead a well-established Early Years setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding childcare, developing staff and creating a positive culture for children, families and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who can lead by example, maintain high standards and help shape the future of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

• Lead, motivate and inspire the nursery team

• Create a positive, professional and supportive culture

• Coach and develop staff to reach their full potential

• Conduct supervisions, appraisals and team meetings

• Support recruitment and induction of new staff

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements

• Maintain high standards of care, education and practice

• Monitor quality across the setting

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives

• Support inspection readiness and quality assurance processes

Children & Families

• Build positive relationships with children and families

• Promote excellent outcomes for all children

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing

• Ensure every child feels safe, valued and nurtured

Essential Requirements

? Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

? Leadership experience within an Early Years setting

? Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

? Excellent organisational and communication skills

? Ability to lead a team with confidence and professionalism
