We are a vibrant, laughter-filled early years setting where curiosity runs wild, imaginations soar, and no two days are ever the same. We’re looking for an Early Years Teacher who doesn’t just teach… but inspires. Nurtures. And occasionally pretends to be a dinosaur during circle time!

They have a secret talent for storytelling, silly voices, or spontaneous dancing and believes outdoor learning should involve mud at least 73% of the time.

If you are a passionate, enthusiastic and caring Qualified Teacher who is ready for a change from the stress of the Primary School environment why not join our friendly team! We have an ideal start date of September 2026 (opportunity for flexibility for the right candidate).

We are a well-established family-run nursery in South Croydon and have been caring for and educating children aged 3 months to 5 years since 1995. We are proud of the warm, nurturing environment we provide and believe that our staff make the difference in children's lives.

We are looking for someone who has experience teaching in a UK primary school and has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, play based learning and school readiness.

You will be responsible for planning engaging activities, supporting children's development, monitoring progress and working closely with families to ensure every child reaches their full potential. We are looking for someone who is approachable, positive, creative and genuinely enjoys working with children. You should be confident in directing a team, supporting colleagues and creating exciting learning opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration and a love of learning.

At Kinderland, we value our staff and work hard to create a supportive and enjoyable place to work. We offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities, regular salary reviews, 50% discount on childcare fees, team & employee of the term prizes and the chance to take part in exciting outings with the children, including woodland adventures, visits to local attractions, the library and community activities.
