No two days are ever the same.

You'll spend your day supporting children to learn, explore and develop through meaningful play and engaging experiences. From creative activities and sensory play to story time, outdoor adventures and supporting children's growing independence, you'll help create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

A key part of the role is contributing your own ideas. We encourage all team members to take an active role in planning activities, creating engaging learning experiences and helping shape the environment around the children. We believe the best ideas come from the people working directly with children every day.

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support all areas of children's development
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families
  • Support children's wellbeing, personal care and daily routines
  • Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements
