At New Beginnings Day Nursery, we provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Our dedicated staff of 20 adults are committed to helping children reach their full potential. New Beginnings is a small family-owned business who can take up to 46 children a day. Becky, the long-standing manager with over 16 years in childcare, is looking for a right-hand man, someone who can fill the shoes of her bestie, leaving her selfish, I know! Working at New Beginnings for 8 of those years. New Beginnings is a home-from-home nursery with long-standing staff.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to support
the smooth operation of our Nursery. The Deputy Manager will assist
the Nursery Manager, Becky, in overseeing daily activities, staff
supervision, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations,
as well as working closely with the Director.

Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
- Proven experience working within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Strong management and leadership skills with previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety standards, and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Pay: Up to £33,000.00 per year
