Nursery Manager –  Educational Nursery

We are looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our warm, nurturing, family-focused educational nursery.

The successful candidate will be pivotal in helping to shape the continued growth and vision of the nursery and to move us towards our vision.

This role would suit an experienced Nursery Manager, or a strong Deputy ready to step into leadership, who is passionate about creating an outstanding early years environment while building a happy, supported team culture.

About the Role

You will:

• Lead the daily life of the nursery with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.

• Create a nurturing and inspiring environment for children and families

• Lead, support, and develop a close-knit team.

• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.

• Maintain high standards across safeguarding, care, and learning.

• Support staff wellbeing and create a positive workplace culture.

• We are looking for someone who combines strong leadership with kindness, emotional intelligence, and a genuine love for early years education.

• Is passionate about delivering exceptional care and learning.

• Understands the importance of team culture and staff wellbeing.
  Has strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.

• Takes pride in creating calm, organised, high-quality environments.

Our Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification minimum.

• Previous leadership experience within the early years.

• A strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted standards.

• A record of personal development and ongoing training.
