The successful candidate will work closely with two proactive and dedicated owners who are passionate about growth, quality, and excellence in early years provision.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our setting with confidence, vision, and a genuine love for early years education. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who has a proven track record of driving high occupancy, mentoring teams, and maintaining exceptional standards of care and learning while working collaboratively with two supportive owners.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery

· Drive and maintain high occupancy through excellent parent engagement and reputation

· Mentor, support, and develop a team of early years practitioners

· Ensure compliance with all EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements

· Maintain outstanding standards of care, education, and health & safety

· Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider community

· Oversee curriculum planning to ensure rich, engaging learning experiences

· Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance effectively

Requirements

· Significant experience in an early years leadership/management role

· A genuine passion for early years education and child development

· Proven track record of increasing and maintaining high nursery occupancy

· Strong experience mentoring, coaching, and developing staff teams

· Excellent knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices

· Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum) – Level 5 or above desirable

· Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
