Nursery Assistant

Job summary

Location: Fulham, SW6
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Assistant to join our experienced team, supporting children aged 0–5 years in our welcoming nursery in Fulham.

As part of our passionate childcare team, you will help create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where every child can learn, play, and develop at their own pace. You will work across our Baby Room, Toddler Class, and Montessori Pre-School Class, supporting a variety of engaging and educational activities each week.

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily care and education of children aged 0–5 years
• Work collaboratively with qualified Early Years Practitioners and teachers
• Contribute to planning and setting up activities following the EYFS framework
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• A genuine love for working with young children
• A caring, positive attitude and a strong team spirit
• Good communication and reliability
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is an advantage but not essential

Training and Development:
