Job summary
Morning Glory Pre-School is a community-focused early years setting based on Leytonstone. We are passionate about giving children a strong start in life and are now focused on improving our systems, standards, and overall quality of provision.
We are looking for an experienced Pre-School Manager who can lead, organise, and elevate the quality of our setting.
You will:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the pre-school
- Lead and develop a team of practitioners
- Ensure full compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Drive improvements in teaching, learning, and safeguarding
- Prepare the setting for future Ofsted inspections

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the setting
- Deliver high-quality EYFS practice across all areas
- Supervise, support, and develop staff through coaching and reviews
- Maintain safeguarding and compliance standards
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure accurate records, policies, and Ofsted documentation
