Early Years Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Shooting Stars Nursery – Bromsgrove, Worcestershire (B61 0AE)
£14.10 per hour 

Full?time (40 hours) | Part?time considered

OR

Part?time lunchcover role | 11:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday 15 hours per week

Both roles - All year round | Bank holidays off

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Confidence delivering the EYFS, including supporting children with SEND
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years

Your Role

• Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
• Plan and deliver engaging, child?led learning experiences
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
• Support consistent, high?quality practice and Ofsted standards
