What You'll Be Doing
As an apprentice, you’ll become an essential part of our nursery team, supporting children aged 0–5 to learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment. With the guidance of our experienced team, you'll gain hands-on experience and build confidence every step of the way.

  • Keeping play spaces clean, organised, and engaging – inside and out
  • Building strong bonds with children and supporting their emotional well-being
  • Creating positive connections with families during drop-off and pick-up
  • Attending training, team meetings, and becoming a valued part of our nursery community

You should be:

  • Kind, caring, and great with children
  • experience working with children
  • A good listener, patient, and full of positive energy
  • Open to feedback and eager to grow in a team environment
  • Organised, with great timekeeping and a proactive attitude
